Reiki is a Japanese energy-based complementary wellbeing practice, traditionally associated with relaxation and a sense of calm. My distance Reiki sessions offer a peaceful, intentional experience that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world.

As a qualified Reiki practitioner, I work intuitively within my Reiki practice, creating a calm and supportive space for you to slow down and focus on yourself. You are welcome to sit quietly, meditate or simply relax during your session.

Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some people describe feeling more relaxed, centred or peaceful afterwards, although individual experiences vary and no particular outcome can be guaranteed.

What To Expect

Your distance Reiki session will take place remotely at a mutually agreed time. There is no need for a video call throughout the session unless we have arranged one.

I recommend finding somewhere quiet and comfortable where you can relax without interruptions.

You may wish to have a blanket, some water or calming music nearby.

Session Duration

Please allow approximately 45–60 minutes for your session, including time to settle and relax.
