For those ready to bring a vision to life but unsure where to begin, Event Planning Coaching Calls offer clarity, confidence, and expert guidance from someone who has been there. With over two decades of global experience in event management, Claire helps you navigate every stage of the planning process — from defining your concept and purpose to crafting timelines, budgets, and guest experiences that flow seamlessly. Each session combines practical strategy with intuitive awareness, helping you create events that are not only professionally executed but also energetically aligned with your deeper intention. Whether you’re organising an event, gathering, workshop, corporate wellbeing day, a community gathering, or your first retreat, you’ll leave with a clear roadmap and renewed confidence. Ideal for facilitators, small business owners, and conscious creatives who want professional insight while staying true to their values and vision. Sessions are held via Zoom or in person by request and last around 60 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, we kindly request that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled consultation call. Cancellation or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
